Stefany Thomas, Founder of Shine Bright Tutoring and Executive Director of Brighter Rays of Hope, is passionate about educating students and having a positive impact on children in the community. She oversees both Shine Bright Tutoring, Shine Bright Extended Day Program, Shine Bright STAAR Prep, and Shine Bright Summer Camp.
