Applicants must be efficient in using Mac/Apple products, Google Drive including Docs, Sheets, and Slides, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint, and great with technology and social media. In this contracted role, you'll be escorting students to and from their parents' vehicles, engaging with students and families, handling email correspondence, making and receiving calls, managing inventory, organizing tutor resources, creating forms, filing, cleaning, maintaining the office and workflow, and other like-secretarial tasks.

We are looking for dependable tutors committed to connecting with students to help build confidence and close academic gaps through guided instruction and in-depth tutoring. In this crucial contracted role, you’ll be teaching and assisting our students in a one-on-one and small group classroom setting. Tutors are expected to keep our students engaged throughout the 55-minute scheduled tutoring sessions. Tutors are expected to fully understand and be able to explain clearly the concepts in our students' curriculum. Tutors must communicate effectively with the other tutors, staff, and management team to ensure academic growth for our students. It is important that tutors are fluent readers, aware of various phonics skills, strong in comprehension, and can confidently solve and explain mathematical operations and logic up to algebra level.
